UP HC to hear plea on Eid namaz in mosques only after govt declines it

The Allahabad High Cout has declined to hear plea on Eid namaz offering in mosuqes. The High Court said that it would hear the plea if the state government declines to hear it. 

In the plea, it was told that Eid Namaz could not be offered at home and hence open up the mosques for an hour on the day. But HC declined to hear the plea and provide a solution to it
