Rahul Gandhi To Leave Wayanad's Seat, Priyanka Gandhi Likely To Take Over | ABP News

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge announced on Monday (June 17) that Rahul Gandhi will leave Kerala's Wayanad Lok Sabha seat and remain MP from Rae Bareli. Along with this, Kharge made a big announcement saying that Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi will contest elections from Wayanad. It is noteworthy that Rahul Gandhi had won the Lok Sabha elections 2024 from Wayanad in Kerala and Rae Bareli seat in Uttar Pradesh. By law he had to give up one seat.
