Pune Hit-and-Run Case: Juvenile Justice Board remands minor to Rehabilitation home till June 5
In Pune hit and run case, the minor's bail has been refused after constant disapproval for the 'essay' bailing condition. The minor was first said to write a 300 words essay to have bail. The Juvenile Justice Board remanded the minor accused in the Pune Porsche Case to a Rehabilitation/Observation home till June 5, news agency ANI reported on Wednesday citing Pune Police officials familiar with the matter. Earlier in the day, a sessions court in Pune renamed the father of the 17-year-old involved in the car accident and two employees of a pub to police custody until May 24. The father, a real estate developer, and Black Cluc pub employees Nitesh Shevani and Jayesh Gavkar, were presented before Additional Sessions Judge S.P. Ponkshe.
