Lok Sabha Election 2024: Army Chief Gen Manoj Pande Visits Forward Areas Along LAC In Ladakh | ABP News

The Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Manoj Pande, reviewed the operational preparedness of the overall security situation along the Line of Actual Control in Ladakh. Manoj Pande also visited the Medium Maintenance (Reset) Facility for Armoured Fighting Vehicles, established at the High Altitude Area in Ladakh. 

Amid the meeting, he commended them for their high morale and resoluteness while operating in the extreme weather conditions and inhospitable terrain. The unique maintenance facility promotes enhanced Serviceability & Mission Reliability of and keeps the Combat Fleet operationally ready even in rugged terrain and challenging weather with temperature dipping down to minus 40°, according to the Army.
