Kanpur Encounter: Several CCTVs were installed in the house

Apart from high boundary walls, they were guarded with barbed wires. Multiple CCTVs were installed at the gates and inside the house. Roads surrounding the house were protected with large iron gates. A massive manhunt was underway for Vikas Dubey and the police have also been using electronic surveillance to track the criminal.
