Indio-China dispute: Proposal to withdraw Chinese army from Finger 8 | Speed Bulletin

For the last six months, the army and the government are considering a special 'proposal' to end the dispute over the LAC adjacent to East Ladakh. Under this three-point proposal, the Chinese army is ready to go past finger number 8. Indian Army will also have to return to its permanent post on Finger 2.
