Dr Minakshi Jain, Internal Medicine, Max Hospital shared some important health tips amid the coronavirus outbreak in the country. Taking 7 to 8 hours of sleep is mandatory for a person. Doing regular exercise at home will also help to increase immunity. To increase the immunity a person should increase the intake of vitamin C.
