Breaking News: Delhi Constable Dragged and Run Over By Miscreants In Nangloi Area | ABP News
A tragic and sensational incident of road rage has emerged once again in the capital city of Delhi. In this case, a police constable was brutally murdered by a car driver in the Nangloi area over a trivial matter. The attackers not only dragged the constable a considerable distance but also ran him over with another car. This incident occurred late last night. According to the Delhi police, the constable had asked the accused to move their vehicle. In response, they dragged him for nearly 10 meters before crashing into him with a second car. Following the incident, the driver of the car fled the scene, and the police are currently on the lookout for him. Media reports indicate that the police have seized the car involved in the incident, and the suspects are believed to be connected to the liquor mafia. In response to the deteriorating law and order situation in Delhi, former Chief Minister and AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal made a post on Sunday, expressing his concerns. He stated, "The law and order situation in Delhi has collapsed. It is complete jungle raj. People feel unsafe in the capital of the country. The law and order in Delhi falls under Amit Shah’s jurisdiction, and immediate effective measures must be taken to prevent such incidents." Kejriwal has previously criticized Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena regarding the worsening law and order in Delhi. It is important to note that the Delhi police operate under the central Home Ministry, not the Delhi government, which has led to ideological differences between the two governments over time.
