Breaking: MP's daughter accused of crushing man with car, police shows negligence in investigation

The daughter of Rajya Sabha MP Beeda Masthan Rao of the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) is accused of running over a man in Chennai on Monday night with her opulent BMW vehicle in yet another hit-and-run incident. According to media sources, the woman, Madhuri, was detained by the Chennai police on Tuesday and freed on station bail, while the male, identified as 21-year-old Surya, a painter, passed away from his wounds. The incident happened late Monday night, when Madhuri, daughter of YSR Congress Party's Rajya Sabha MP Bida Mastan Rao, was driving her BMW. She had a female friend with her. According to the information, Madhuri allegedly ran her car over 24-year-old painter Surya who was sleeping on the footpath in Besant Nagar, Chennai. It is being said that he was in an inebriated state.
