Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann Discharged From Hospital After Leptospirosis Diagnosis | Health Live

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, diagnosed with the bacterial infection leptospirosis, was discharged from Fortis Hospital in Mohali on Sunday, according to sources. Earlier that day, Punjab Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema, Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan, and Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains visited Mann in the hospital to check on his health. Congress MLA Pargat Singh also paid a visit to the chief minister during his stay. Following his discharge, Mann has scheduled a meeting to review paddy procurement arrangements for the upcoming season, highlighting his commitment to addressing agricultural issues despite his recent health challenges. The meeting is set to take place on Sunday evening as Mann resumes his duties.
