Building Collapse: Civil engineer Avinash Srivastava reveals material used for construction was of 'poor quality'

Civil engineer Avinash Srivastava while talking to ABP News revealed that the material used in the building the flats in this area have been poor in quality.
The private builders have made the buildings on the land that they had acquired from farmers to earn profits. 
Noida Authority had banned construction work in the area. Despite the ban, a large number of illegal constructions were being done in the area
