A new video of Vikas Dubey has surfaced in which he is seen entering the premises of Mahakal temple in Madhya Pradesh's Ujjain. In the 36-second long video, Vikas surpasses all the police officials quite easily but there is one man in a black t-shirt who seems to be staring at Vikas Dubey as if he is trying to recognise him.
