Will Kumbh lead to massive surge in Corona cases? | Ghanti Bajao

The duration of the Kumbh fair being held in Haridwar this year will be 28 days in the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic. This has been decided by the Uttarakhand government after discussions with the sadhus and religious leaders in akharas. The Kumbh will be held from April 1 to 28. The devotees coming to Haridwar for these Shahi Snans must bring with them the Corona test report not older than 72 hours. However, there will be no thermal screening of the sadhus.
