This heartwarming initiative was recently highlighted in a video shared on the NGO's Instagram handle, saying "We are Lucknow based NGO Working with 400+ slum children and provide free education to these children, these dress were designed by our students, and all of them participating are from slum". The little fashionistas smiled while taking a picture, wearing the attire they created, which is strikingly inspired by Sabyasachi’s designs but also enhanced by the ingenuity of the children.

How NGO Helped In Making Of The Bridal Lehengas:

The NGO has helped more than 400 slum children in Lucknow by providing them free education and vocational training, a majority of whom belong to very poor and backward families. The children who do not have access to much, made the bridal wear by going through the old clothes donated by the community and local and making them into something useful.

'Innovation for Change', seeks to support children such as these by developing their dormant talents, be it in the arts, design, or making films, all which are important assets towards them having a future full of hope. The NGO does not only provide such self-expressing opportunities to the children but also attempts to alleviate the scars of poverty due to such initiatives.

The bridal wear masterpieces and the video are a clear demonstration of what these children are capable of, who still actively encourage others even though they have been through a lot.
