Nagaland Minister Shares Inspiring Video Of Women Planting Paddy Saplings
In his latest Tweet, the Nagaland minister shared a clip of a group of Naga women sowing paddy saplings in the fields of Phek district
We all know how popular Nagaland Tourism and Higher Education minister Temjen Imna Along is on the internet for his amazing sense of humour. He also shares videos highlighting the state's natural beauty and updates his followers with helpful life advices. In one such video posted recently on the microblogging site Twitter, the minister shares his perspective on the value of empowerment of women.
The clip shows a group of Naga women sowing paddy saplings in the fields of Phek district. Along with the video, the minister also shared a caption in Hindi, when translated to English, reads, "Where women are empowered, the land also smiles in the form of a good harvest!".

The clip was originally shared by the Nagaland Tourism on twitter with the caption, "Paving the Path to Progress! The Ruzhazho women are a sight to behold as they plant paddy saplings in the fields of Phek district, Nagaland. Their unity and resilience symbolise the essence of women's empowerment, sowing the seeds of change for a brighter future."

Since being posted, the clip has gone viral and has amassed 20,000 views.
On seeing the clip, one of the Twitter user wrote, "Super. Excellent video from Nagaland Tourism dept. Best wishes."
"Humming, smiling, laughing, when crops are sown, then women, family, state and nation all become strong," commented another user on the post.
