A man distracted by his phone, narrowly escaped an approaching train while crossing the tracks in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The incident captured on the phone went viral on social media. 

The shocking incident shared on Instagram shows a man engrossed in his phone while trying to cross a railway track. Suddenly, a train approaches. Realising the danger just in time, he steps back and narrowly avoids an accident. However, as he steps away, the train knocks him and his phone, causing him to fall to the ground.

"A commuter distracted by their phone was crossing railway tracks in Buenos Aires at 6:28 am when they narrowly avoided being hit by an oncoming train. The train grazed the commuter, who stepped back at the last moment, knocking their phone from their hand and causing them to fall to the ground, " Daily Mail captioned while posting the video.

The viral video has garnered mixed reactions and sparked a lot of comments. Criticing the lady standing next to the man, one of the users said, "The lady standing next to him didn’t even bother to check if he is ok."

"The hell is wrong with the lady behind ? Said nothing did nothing , just stood there even when he was knocked, " another user lashed out at the same lady.

The next said, "That lady in a backpack is not a Mom.. I would have grabbed his neck so fast! WOW."

Another also stated, "The guy survived miraculously but the lady behind never gave the guy a hint to be cautious . Sad world."

The next user questioned, " Why didn’t they lady reach for him or yell at him to STOP?
