Shared on the microblogging site Twitter, the clip shows a herd of deer, unfazed by humans, seeking shelter from heavy rainfall alongside humans.

The 12 second clip opens to show heavy downpour in some place in Nara, Japan. It then pans slowly towards a building where some people have taken shelter in the corridor. One can also see a herd of deer waiting patiently for the rain to halt. Excited by their presence some people can also be seen taking pictures.
Immediately after being shared, the video went viral and has so far amassed 1.1 million views, 19,000 likes and tons of comments.
