Tollywood Actor Dimple Hayathi Booked For 'Deliberately' Damaging IPS Officer's Car

A case was registered against Tollywood actor Dimple Hayathi at the Jubilee Hills police station for allegedly damaging the vehicle of an IPS officer in Huda Enclave of Journalist Colony in Hyderabad. It has been alleged that Hayathi and her partner deliberately rammed their car into the official vehicle of Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Rahul Hegde on Monday night.
According to reports, Dimple Hayathi and Rahul Hegde are neighbours at the society at Journalist Colony. The incident occurred after a rift over parking space and in past too, the actor had obstructed the way of the official car of the cop.
On May 14 night, Dimple allegedly rammed into Rahul Hegde’s vehicle in the parking lot. Due to this, the front of the DCP's vehicle was damaged.

The DCP's driver Chetan Kumar then lodged a complaint with Jubilee Hills police. Police has registered cases under sections 353 IPC (causing an obstruction to the duty of a public servant), 341 IPC (wrongful restraint), 279 IPC (punishment to whosoever commits the offence of rash driving in a public way).
The DCP told reporters that the duo deliberately "dashed" their vehicle against his car. "This is clear from CCTV footage. They were also seen kicking the car with their feet. The driver has lodged a complaint and the law and order police are investigating," he said.
Earlier, a cab driver was thrashed by private security personnel over a parking issue at Mumbai airport. According to Mumbai Police, six people have been arrested on the basis of the driver’s statement.
A video from the incident has surfaced online, showing the driver engaging in an argument with the security personnel. Soon, the argument escalates into a scuffle and the security personnel start thrashing the driver.
Mumbai Police has booked and arrested six people identified as Ganesh Mohite, Mohan Dhotre, Kishore, Anil Thakur, Sagar, and Fatima Tule, based on the statement of the driver.
