Telangana Govt To Soon Release Notification For 28,000 Jobs: Minister Harish Rao
Harish Rao reiterated that the government had just released notices for recruiting Group-II and Group-III posts
Telangana Finance Minister T Harish Rao has said that the government will release multiple notifications for recruiting over 28,000 posts in various sectors. These jobs include 9,000 Group-IV and teacher posts.
Following the distribution of Aasara pensions to beneficiaries in Sangareddy district on Thursday, Harish Rao remarked that multiple notices for hiring over 50,000 employees had just been released as part of chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao's promise to hire 91,000 employees by 2022.

Harish Rao reiterated that the government had just released notices for recruiting Group-II and Group-III posts. The minister criticised the Centre for failing to fulfill its pledge to provide two crore employment annually.
Minister Harish Rao said that CM KCR fulfilled all his promises. He claimed that despite having a double-engine government, Telangana's pension system is still more generous than that of Karnataka. The Telangana state spends Rs 12,000 crores annually on pensions, he added.

Earlier, Harish Rao visited Ramalingeswara Swamy temple in Nandikandi village of Sangareddy district and offered prayers on Thursday. Speaking on this occasion, he said it is great that the 11th-century temple is located on Nandi hill. He said that this temple still needs to be developed. As per the wish of former MLA Chinta Prabhakar, Rs 25 lakh has been announced to be sanctioned immediately. Harish Rao stated that a meeting would also be held with the Archeology Department to discuss future development.
