PM Modi Inspects Secunderabad-Tirupati Vande Bharat Express, Interacts With School Children — WATCH
Prime Minister Narendra Modi inspected the Secunderabad-Tirupati Vande Bharat Express today and also interacted with school-going children who were waiting for him.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday inspected the Secunderabad-Tirupati Vande Bharat Express and interacted with schoolchildren that were waiting to meet him while sitting inside the train. The Prime Minister then flagged off the train from the station making it the second Vande Bharat Express train to start from Telangana within three months, as per the Prime Minister's Office (PMO).

The Prime Minister went inside the train and inspected it, following which he met a bunch of schoolchildren who were waiting for him.
The travel time between Secunderabad and Tirupati will be slashed by almost three and a half hours with the help of this Express train.

PM Modi also inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of development projects worth Rs 11,300 crore.
He also laid the foundation stone of AIIMS Bibinagar at Hyderabad's Parade Ground, which is being developed at a cost of more than Rs 1,350 crores. It is being hailed as a significant milestone in providing comprehensive, quality, and holistic tertiary care health services to the people of Telangana at their doorstep.
After laying the foundation stones for these development projects, the Prime Minister addressed a public gathering where he said, "This NDA government considers it our duty to fulfill the dreams of citizens in Telangana."
He emphasised that Telangana's speedy progress is important for the overall progress of the nation. PM Modi then took a jibe at the BRS-led state government by saying, "Due to a lack of support from the state government, several projects of the central government are getting delayed. This is causing loss to the people of Telangana."
He then targeted Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and his family by saying, "A handful of people encouraging "Parivarvaad" trying to see where they can reap benefits from projects for the people of Telangana." He further added, "Parivarvaad' was looting even the ration given to poor people in Telangana."
