PM Modi's Speech In Rajya Sabha About Formation Of Telangana Draws Criticism, Telangana Ministers Demand Apology
Outraged by the prime minister's remarks, a group of TRS leaders are blaming the BJP's policies
Hyderabad: Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) has called for state-wide protests on Wednesday in response to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's speech in the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday about the establishment of Telangana.
Several ministers and TRS leaders have also accused PM Modi of spreading hatred among people about Telangana. Telangana MLA Balka Suman Claims, "Modi is not Vishwa Guru, he is visha (poisnous) guru."

TRS working President KTR on Wednesday called for agitation in protest over remarks made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's in Parliament on the formation of Telangana. KTR called for protests with black flags.
Outraged by the prime minister's remarks, a group of TRS leaders have been blaming the BJP's policies.
Minister Harish Rao participated in a Dalit awareness program in Potaram village in Husnabad, Siddipet district. Speaking on occasion, Harish said, "Telangana has only received ignorance and arrogance from the BJP Govt at the Centre." He also tweeted tagging Modi.

Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao also fired up at Prime Minister Modi's remarks in the Rajya Sabha. He said the BJP had once again proved its opposition to state partition. He said that the remarks made in the Rajya Sabha were utterly objectionable.
He was outraged that Modi's remarks were meant to degrade the self-esteem of the people of Telangana. Errabelli criticised PM Modi's comments as entirely contrary to the spirit of national unity. He said the comments was displaying that the BJP had no faith in democracy.
Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President A Revanth Reddy also accused PM Modi of insulting the people of Telangana during his speech in Rajya Sabha.
