Actor Sai Dharam Tej, Chiranjeevi's Nephew, Is Stable After Suffering Injuries In Road Accident, Hospital Confirms

Following the accident at 8.30 PM on Friday, celebrities including Chiranjeevi, Allu Aravind and Pawan Kalyan rushed to the hospital to learn about the health condition of Sai Dharam Tej.

Chennai: Actor Sai Dharam Tej is currently stable and all his major organs are functioning well, said a bulletin from the Apollo Hospitals on Jubilee Hills in Chennai on Saturday. The actor is currently receiving treatment at Apollo Hospitals after he met with an accident on Friday.

According to sources, the actor was riding his sports bike near Knowledge City in the IT Corridor on Friday night when he skidded and lost control of the bike due to mud on the road. However, the actor was wearing a helmet and was not under the influence of alcohol, the Madhapur police said. 

The bulletin issued by Apollo Hospitals on Saturday said, "Sai Dharam Tej is stable and all major organs are functioning well. He will continue to be on assisted respiration in ICU for controlled close monitoring and additional investigation will be performed during the day."

The Apollo Hospital will release the next bulletin on Sunday. Following the accident at 8.30 PM on Friday, celebrities including Chiranjeevi, Allu Aravind and Pawan Kalyan rushed to the hospital to learn about the health condition of Sai Dharam Tej. Sai Dharam is the nephew of megastar Chiranjeevi and he is also a cousin of actors Allu Arjun, Ram Charan, Allu Sirish and Varun Tej.

Meanwhile, Telugu film producer Sreenivasa Kumar thanked Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation for clearing the mud on the road near Knowledge City, where the accident took place on Friday.
