Samsung Brings 3D Effect To Galaxy Z Flip 6, Fold 6: How To Create Live Effect Wallpapers With One UI 6.1.1

Samsung One UI 6.1.1 lets you turn any regular image into a 3D live wallpaper with a parallax effect on the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Fold 6. Here's how to create your own Live Effect wallpaper.

Samsung has unveiled the all-new One UI 6.1.1 update with the launch of the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6 foldable devices. This update brings a suite of exciting new features designed to elevate the user experience on Samsung smartphones. Pre-installed on the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6, One UI 6.1.1 introduces new AI capabilities, a larger watermark for AI creations, and additional enhancements.

In a recent post, Samsung detailed the new features included in One UI 6.1.1. Notably, the update also includes the "Live Effect" feature, which can turn a 2D image into a 3D one. This feature allows you to transform any regular image of a person or pet into a dynamic live wallpaper with a parallax effect. Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to creating your Live Effect wallpapers.

What Are Live Effect Wallpapers?

Live Effect Wallpapers use AI to separate the subject (like a person or pet) from the background in your image. It then projects these elements in 3D to create a moving parallax effect. This feature, powered by One UI 6.1.1, leverages the Image Clipper and AI Eraser tools to enhance your photos.
