Vivo V30 Series To Launch In India With Zeiss Cameras. Features, Specs And More
The debut of the Vivo V30 series in India is expected soon, likely around early March.
The global release of the Vivo V30 took place earlier this month, with the Pro version scheduled for debut on February 28. The devices will be successors to last year's Vivo V29 lineup and the Vivo V30 series is now set for an imminent launch in India, as confirmed by their listings on the company's official website and e-commerce site Flipkart. Additionally, these listings unveil the design and disclose essential hardware specifications, such as Zeiss-tuned cameras.
Following the confirmation of its launch in Thailand on February 28, Vivo has begun teasing the arrival of the V30 and V30 Pro smartphones in India, anticipated to take place in early March.

The listings on both the Vivo website and Flipkart highlight the presence of Zeiss optics and Aura light features for the V30 Pro. The handset maker also states that the Aura Portrait light offers improved, brighter illumination, expanding to provide softer light through advanced algorithms, enhancing portrait photography to a higher level.
Vivo earlier unveiled the V30 with a 50-megapixel primary camera featuring OIS support, along with a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens on the rear. Additionally, the device features an Aura LED flash with intelligent colour temperature adjustment support. For selfie enthusiasts, there's a 50-megapixel lens housed within the front punch-hole cutout. Driving the device is a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of onboard storage.
Both the Vivo V30 and V30 Pro feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen boasting a peak brightness of 2,800 nits, a resolution of 2800×1260p, and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The Vivo V30 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC coupled with an Adreno 720 GPU, while the V30 Pro houses the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC. Users can enjoy up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage on both models.
Both devices run on Android 14-based FuntouchOS 14. The Vivo V30 boasts a 50MP primary sensor with f/1.88 aperture and OIS, accompanied by an LED flash, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP bokeh sensor. For selfies and video chats, it features a 50MP front shooter. On the other hand, the Vivo V30 Pro is equipped with a 50MP Sony IMX920 primary camera, a 50MP Sony IMX816 portrait camera, and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, all supported by ZEISS technology. There's a possibility of a 50MP front sensor for selfies as well. Both devices pack a 5,000mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging.
