As part of e-commerce site Flipkart's upcoming Big Saving Days sale which is starting on May 2, the Apple iPhone 15 is set to receive a significant discount. The base variant of the iPhone 15 will be priced at Rs 63,999 during the sale period. Additionally, the Walmart-owned e-commerce platform has hinted at discounts for other iPhone models like the iPhone 14 Plus and the iPhone 15 Plus. These prices are likely to reflect effective rates, including bank offers and extra discounts.

The iPhone 15 is presently priced at Rs 70,999 on e-commerce site Amazon India, while Apple's official website still lists the phone at its launch price. The device operates on iOS 17 and is expected to receive at least four more major iOS updates.
Flipkart is also offering an extra exchange offer of up to Rs 8,000, thus, reducing the effective price of the iPhone 15 to Rs 58,999. However, this offer might only apply if you opt for the standard exchange offer, the details of which are currently undisclosed.
Apple iPhone 15 Camera, Specs And Features
The iPhone 15 comes with a 48MP main camera, with a 26mm focal length, 2-micron quad pixel sensor and 100 per cent Focus pixels. The iPhone 15 has a new camera system, Apple said at the time of launch last fall. Night mode on the iPhone 15 has gotten better too.
The Bionic A16 chip that powered the iPhone 14 Pro has been fitted in the iPhone 15, which uses less power than the A15 Bionic chipset. The iPhone 15 comes with colour-infused back glass and a new contoured edge. The Dynamic Island has been included the non-Pro iPhone models too. The model was unveiled in three configurations: 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB starting at Rs 79,900 and Rs 89,900, respectively.
Meanwhile, famed Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo's recent supply chain survey paints a cautious outlook for Apple iPhone shipments in 2024. Apple has reduced its orders for semiconductor components from suppliers by as much as 15 per cent. The TFI Securities anlyst recently predicted a decline of 10 per cent-15 per cent in shipments for the iPhone 15 and the upcoming iPhone 16 series compared to 2023 figures.
