'Rumour Mongering': Tamil Nadu CM Stalin On Speculation Of His Son's Elevation As Deputy CM
In Pongal greetings message to the people, Stalin mentioned that Udhayanidhi himself had addressed the matter, stating that all ministers were supporting the CM thereby bringing an end to the issue.

In a Pongal greetings message to the people, Stalin said that some involved in rumour-mongering "spread false information about my health at a time when youth across the state were getting ready for Salem conference.
The CM stated that he had participated in an event on Friday, during which he expressed that he had no concerns as long as the people of the state were content and happy.
"I am healthy and cheerful. I am working, working, working. After this lie was shattered, rumours were being spread with an intention to create sensation, that deputy CM post (for Udhayanidhi) was going to be given," the 70 year-old leader added.
