Former MP Sasikala Pushpa's House Vandalised, BJP Members Allege DMK MLA's Role

The attack also came after Sasikala Pushpa allegedly threatened the DMK Minister.

Chennai: The vehicle and house of Tamil Nadu BJP vice president Sasikala Pushpa were vandalised on Thursday. Following this, BJP members including Sasikala Pushpa accused DMK Minister Geetha Jeevan for the vandalism.

The attack also came after Sasikala Pushpa allegedly threatened the DMK Minister.

Taking to Twitter, former AIADMK MP Sasikala said, "DMK thugs who were unable to attack us based on their ideology have vandalised my car and home. We are not the ones to fear we will be in full force."

She also posted pictures showing broken glasses, flower pots and plastic chairs at her house. However, the attack took place when Sasikala Pushpa was not at her house.

Reacting to the vandalism, Annamalai said, “Under the instructions of the Minister of Women Empowerment & Social Welfare in the @arivalayam govt, Tmt. Geetha Jeevan avl, DMK goons vandalised @BJP4TamilNadu Vice President Tmt. @SasikalaPushpa_ avl's house and car today.”

“Tmt. @SasikalaPushpa_ avl’s only mistake was to question the minister’s inability to provide good governance and their corrupt practices,” he said.
