Education Should Not Be Hindered By Caste, Religion, Attire, Gender Or Money: TN CM Stalin

Chennai: Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin on Wednesday said that no factors like caste, place, background, money, religious attire or gender should hinder students' education. The state government is fighting to establish a society where education is not denied due to such discriminatory acts, he said.
Stalin during an event organised by a media organisation in Chennai said that the DMK government and Kalaignar took efforts to promote education and Tamil Nadu was a state that took various measures to educate all, The New Indian Express reported.
However, in a strong attack against the ruling party, Stalin said, they (Centre) have come with a stumbling block in the name of NEET and that's why we are opposing NEET.

Further, Stalin said, education is an asset of the nation and the right of any citizen but the party in power wants to destroy education. Stating that any good human would not permit this, CM Stalin said reiterating that education should be brought back education into the state list.
The communal forces are poisoning the young minds with divisive thoughts and are these what the government forces offer for education, he asked.
He also further explained about Illam Thedi Kalvi scheme introduced to offer bridge courses and soft skills training to teachers.
