AIADMK General Council Meeting: TN CM Stalin Takes Jibe, Says 'I Know What Is Happening In Other Marriage Hall'

AIADMK General Council Meeting: "The ones who plotted against DMK are now getting ruined," said CM Stalin.

Chennai: "I know what is happening in the marriage hall on the other side but I am not interested in getting into the issue," said Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin about the unitary leadership row in AIADMK in Chennai on Thursday.

Taking a jibe at the controversy within AIADMK, Stalin while attending a family wedding of Minister KKSSR Ramachandran in Tiruvanmiyur on Thursday said, "I know what is happening on the other side of the marriage hall. However, I'm not interested in getting into it and there's no need for me to enter into it."

"The ones who plotted against DMK are now getting ruined," he said. The CM also wished the couple on Thursday.

Meanwhile, former TN CM Edappadi Palaniswami's camp rejected all 23 resolutions approved by AIADMK coordinator O Panneerselvam. They also announced that the resolutions will be accepted only after a resolution to appoint a single leader is passed in the next council meet.

The EPS camp said that the next general council meet will be held on July 11, 2022 and a single leader will be selected for the party.

Following this, OPS who is against the single leadership demand walked out of the venue in Vanagaram on Thursday.

Later, OPS said that he has decided to approach the Election Commission against the single leadership demand and announcement regarding a single leader in the meet.
