5 Hurt As Speeding Car Rams Into Boundary Wall Of House In UP's Noida

The car hit a rickshaw injuring the rickshaw puller and the riders before ramming into the boundary wall of the house in Noida's Sector 55.

Five people were injured after a speeding car rammed into the boundary wall of a house in Uttar Pradesh's Noida, said the police on Tuesday. The incident took place in Noida's Sector 55 after the car hit a rickshaw puller and two women who suffered minor injuries. 

The youth driving the car was also injured and has been admitted to the hospital for treatment, the police said, adding that other legal action is being taken.

Police station in-charge Inspector Amit Kumar said that Gaurav Sharma and Aditya were going somewhere in a car on Tuesday monring and Aditya was behind the wheel. The car was at high speed, according to a PTI report. 

The car first hit a rickshaw and then hit a house, Kumar said. 

Rickshaw driver, Ritesh and the riders Chandni and Neetu were seriously injured and Gaurav and Aditya were also injured in the accident. 

All the injured have been admitted to the hospital, said the police, adding that the wall and railing of the house were also damaged due to the collision with the car.
