Punjab’s top cities, Ludhiana, Amritsar, Jalandhar, and Mohaliare set for a historic makeover. The vision? World-class infrastructure with a Punjabi heart. From redesigned roads to advanced street lighting, every corner is being reimagined to meet global standards while staying rooted in the state’s cultural vibrancy.

World-Class Roads Are Coming

Say goodbye to potholes and chaos! The Maan Government has announced the construction of wide, redesigned, and well-lit roads in the four major cities. Special attention will be given to roads with heavy local and tourist traffic. These streets will not only be wider and better aligned, but also receive a fresh coat of paint every 3 months ensuring they remain polished, functional, and safe.

These new-age roads will come equipped with aligned electric lines, water pipelines, streetlights, and drainage systemsdelivering seamless commuting and essential services to every resident. With ₹140 crore allocated, this isn't a vision it's a roadmap.

Development in 166 Towns & Cities

Did you know that over 40% of Punjab’s population resides in urban areas? To elevate urban living across the state, the Maan Government is focusing on 166 towns and cities, ensuring proper sanitation, sewage systems, water supply, roads, and street lighting. With a dedicated ₹225 crore budget, Punjab’s urban backbone is set to get a serious upgrade.
