Karnataka BJP Leaders Perform Puja For Cow Safety 2 Days After Man Slashed Udders Of Cows

The incident came to light on Sunday when a passerby noticed that the udders of three cows were severed and alerted their caretakers

Two days after the udders of three cows were severed in Chamarajpet, Karnataka BJP leaders performed a pooja for the safety of cows across the state. They also alleged that the police 'framed' an innocent person in the cow attack case in Chamarajapet. They also demanded a fair investigation into the incident.

Karnataka BJP president BY Vijayendra expressed his dismay, stating, "The tragic incident that took place the day before yesterday here in Chamarajpet, Hindus across the country have expressed shock. This kind of tragedy has never happened in Karnataka before. The tragedy has sent shockwaves across the country. We visited the poor family and yesterday we donated a cow also."

BY Vijayendra said that the most unfortunate part was the appeasement politics of the ruling party in Karnataka and demanded justice for the victim.

The incident came to light on Sunday when a passerby noticed the injured cows and alerted their caretakers. The animals were rushed to a veterinary hospital for treatment, and a case was filed under Section 325 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) Act.
