UCL: Ronaldo Wins It For Man United From 2-0 Down | Champions League Matchday 3 Roundup

UEFA Champions League: It was a week of exciting football with late winners, controversial penalties, and great goals. Take a look at the Champions League Roundup below.

UEFA Champions League: It was a great UCL week with many entertaining matches. Cristiano Ronaldo scoring a late winner in the 81st minute against Atalanta and winning the match 3-2 for Manchester United was the biggest moment of this week's football. It was ecstasy for the United fans at Old Trafford as the Red Devils were losing 0-2 in the first half. 

Apart from Manchester United defeating Atalanta, FC Barcelona scored their first goal of this year's Champions League and also registered their first win against Dynamo Kyiv. The biggest upset of the week was Dortmund losing 4-0 to Ajax. Apart from that, Atletico Madrid vs Liverpool also was a cracker-jack of a game with Mohammed Salah scoring the winner in the 78th minute of the match. 

Let's take a look at some of the important matches of this week

Manchester United vs Atalanta  (3-2)

Atalanta took a 0-2 lead after a spirited first-half performance, but United really gt in their element in the second half when they scored three goals including one from Cristiano Ronaldo. With this win, United have maintained their top position in Group F.

Benfica vs Bayern Munich (0-4)

After a quiet first half, Bayern thrashed Benfica in the second half by scoring four goals in a row. Leroy Sane was the best player on the pitch for Bayern who scored two goals for his team. 

Atletico Madrid vs Liverpool (2-3)

Antonie Griezmann's red card changed this game like no other. The first half ended at 2-2 but the second half was full of intensity but not many goals. A penalty decision went against Atletico as they lost the match 2-3 courtesy of a late goal by Mohammed Salah. 

PSG vs RB Leipzig (3-2)

Lionel Messi saved PSG from a defeat by scoring two goals when his team was 1-2 behind on the scoreline. He scored two goals to take his team home. With this win, PSG has maintained their top position ahead of Manchester City. 

These were some of the marquee matches, but apart from that, in other matches, Real Madrid continued their good form against Shakhtar Donetsk byu defeating them 5-0. Juventus and Chelsea defeated Zenit and Malmo FF in their respective matches.
