IPL Auction 2022: Virender Sehwag Picks Five Players Who Can Be Most Expensive In Mega Auction

IPL 2022 Mega Auction: IPL 2022 auction is to be held today and tomorrow i.e. on February 12 and 13. Former cricketer, Virender Sehwag makes a big prediction.

Virender Sehwag On IPL 2022 Mega Auction: Former Indian cricket team opener Virender Sehwag has picked five Indian players who he says will be the most sought-after players in the IPL 2022 mega auction to be held on February 12 and 13.

Sehwag said that Shikhar Dhawan, Shardul Thakur, Shreyas Iyer, Yuzvendra Chahal, and Ishan Kishan can be among the most expensive players in the mega auction and many franchises will try to include them in their squad.

Sehwag posted a video on social media and said, "I have also made some points for the IPL auction. Thought I'd share it with you guys. I have picked five Indian players who will have all eyes on them and who can probably be the most expensive players.

"At number 1, there is Shikhar Dhawan, then there is Shardul Thakur, then there is Shreyas Iyer, followed by Yuzvendra Chahal at number 4 and Ishan Kishan at number 5. I think these are the 5 Indian players who will get all the attention in this auction.

Apart from the most expensive Indian players, the veteran, who has played 104 Test matches, has also named the foreign players who may be in the highest demand during the auction.

Virender Sehwag said, "I think David Warner, Trent Boult, Jason Holder, Mitchell Marsh, and Pat Cummins are players who may strike gold. According to me, these are the 5 players who will get all the attention of the 10 franchises.

At the same time, former explosive batsman Sehwag has suggested the captain's option to the franchise, saying that this time Shreyas Iyer, Shikhar Dhawan, R Ashwin, or Dinesh Karthik are the Indian players who can become the captain of different franchises. At the same time, Sehwag has selected David Warner, Jason Holder, Pat Cummins, Faf du Plessis, and Aaron Finch among the foreign players.
