'He Lives On In Our Hearts': Shahid Afridi Pays Heartfelt Tribute To Late Dilip Kumar
Pakistan cricket team's former skipper Shahid Khan Afridi took to Twitter to mourn legendary actor Dilip Kumar's death and express his condolences to Dilip Kumar's wife Saira Banu.
Veteran Bollywood actor Dilip Kumar passed away on Wednesday. The 98-year-old breathed his last at 7.30 am today. Dilip Kumar was admitted to the hospital on June 29 due to age-related health issues. Soon as the news broke out several fans and the members of Bollywood film fraternity offered their condolences on social media.

He tweeted, “Indeed to Allah we belong and to Allah we shall return. A huge loss for Yusuf Khan sahib's fans from KPK to Mumbai and across the globe. He lives on in our hearts. Deepest condolences to Saira Banu sahiba. #DilipKumar.”
Dilip Kumar's family friend Faizal Farooqui today informed about the actor's death on Twitter.
Indian cricketers Virender Sehwag and Shikhar Dhawan also paid tributes to the late actor.
"Heartfelt condolences to #DilipKumar’s family.The gr8 man said, Taqdeerein badal jaati hain,zamana badal jaata hai, mulkon ki taarikh badal jaati hai,shahenshah badal jaate hain,magar iss badalti hui duniya mein mohabbat jis insaan ka daaman thaam leti hai,woh insaan nahi badalta," tweeted Sehwag.
"Deeply saddened by the passing of Dilip Sahab. A genius actor who made such a huge impact in Indian cinema. An inspiration for generations to come. #DilipKumar," wrote Dhawan.
Dilip Kumar’s career spans over five decades with hits like “Mughal-e-Azam", “Devdas", “Naya Daur", and “Ram Aur Shyam". His last big-screen appearance was in the 1998 film “Qila".
