AFCON 2024: Huge Setback For Egypt As Mohammad Salah Returns To England
Mohammad Salah has returned to England after being ruled out of AFCON 2024 with an injury. Here are the details.
AFCON 2024: Egypt have endured a big dent in their hopes of winning the African Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2024 as talisman Mohammad Salah, who was earlier ruled out of the tournament due to a hamstring injury, has returned to England at his club Liverpool FC to further undergo required treatment and rehabilition. The winger is expected to meet the entire tournament, bar the final if Egypt makes it till there and his appearance will still remain dicey as the nature of the injury isn't too kind to the Egyptian.
