Defending champions Brazil is set to lock horns against Argentina in an action-packed encounter to claim 2020 Copa America finals. Also known as the Battle of the Americas, the thrilling tournament between two of the biggest nations in South America will take place on July 11 from 05:30 AM IST live from the Maracana Stadium in Rio de Janeiro. 

Brazil started the group stage with 3-0 and 4-0 wins against Venezuela and Peru. Argentina on the other hand drew its first match against Chile and won the second match 1-0 against Uruguay. 

The third stage match saw Brazin defeating Colombia while Argentina beat Paraguay 1-0. In the last group game, Brazil drew against Ecuador while Argentina thrashed Bolivia 4-1 

In the quarter-finals, Brazil beat Chile while Argentina beat Ecuador. In the semi-final, Brazil defeated Peru 1-0 while Argentina booked spot for finals after defeating Colombia. 

After a long road to final, both teams will be desperate to defeat each other and boast the victory. The rivalry between the two goes a century back. Both of them have 7 World Cup titles between them and 25 Copa America titles.
