Munich: France and Manchester United star midfielder Paul Pogba has done a Cristiano Ronaldo like gesture during a post-match press conference. The incident took place after the Euro 2020 match between France and Germany. 

France won the highly competitive match by 1-0. The only goal was actually an own-goal by Hummels of Germany in the 20th minute of the game. Pogba was chosen an of the Match for his significant performance in the attacking midfield for France. 

After being adjudged Man of the Match, Pogba addressed a press conference. Here, he performed a Cristiano Ronaldo like gesture when he put aside a Heineken beer bottle that was kept in front of him. Take a look at the Frenchman's reaction: 

Earlier in the day, Coca-Cola reported a dip of more than 4 billion dollars in their market value after Ronaldo did a similar gesture with the soft drink that was kept in front of him during a press conference. It will be interesting to see the response to Pogba's move to put aside the beer pint. 

It is no secret that Paul Pogba is a devout Muslim and follows Islam. He has many a time posted images from his Umrah (Muslim pilgrimage) with his mother and family. It is being said that as Islam prohibits the consumption of alcohol, Paul Pogba would have qualms in promoting a beer brand. 

Nonetheless, Pogba had a brilliant match against Germany, here are some glimpses of his performance from the Group F match. 

Paul Pogba is also a part of Manchester United Football club, where his contract is set to end next year.
