  • 1.5 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 Pinch Salt
  • 0.5 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Piece Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 12 Tablespoon Milk
  • 4 Tablespoon Sour Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a cake pan with with flour.

Step 2

Take a large bowl and sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Step 3

Take another bowl and cream together softened butter along with sugar. Add in eggs and beat well. Stir in vanilla extract in it.

Step 4

Mix together wet and dry ingredients together, alternating with milk and sour cream.

Step 5

Fold in vegetable oil which will keep the cake moist and fluffy.

Step 6

Pour batter into the cake pan. Smooth the top with spatula. Bake it for about 30 minutes.

Step 7

Allow the cake to cool down for about 10 minutes. Once it's cooled, you can frost and decorate the cake as desired.
