- 2 Cup Cooked Rice
- 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Piece Small Onion
- 1 Piece Bell Pepper
- 1 Cup Corn Kernel
- 3 Piece Garlic Cloves
- 1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- Fresh Cilantro
- Salt
- Pepper
Cooking Instructions
Heat Oil In A Pan: Take a pan, heat oil in it. Add in chopped onion and wait for them to cook.
Saute The Veggies: Add in garlic and all the vegetables of your choice. Saute everything together for 3-4 minutes.
Add Rice: Once the vegetables are cooked, add in the cooked rice. Mix everything together so that there are no clumps of rice left.
Seasoning: Add chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat the rice evenly with the spices.
Mix In Tomatoes And Cilantro: Add in the tomato cubes and chopped cilantro. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Add Lime Juice: Squeeze fresh lime juice over the rice for added flavour.
