- 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Rosemary (dried)
- 1 Teaspoon Thyme (dried)
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano Seasoning (dried)

- Black Pepper
- Lemon Juice
- Fresh Parsley

Wash and scrub the baby potatoes properly. You can even cut them in half.
