  • 2 Tablespoon Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • Ghee or Peanut Oil
  • Sendha Namak

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Pressure cool the raw bananas with skin for about 2-3 whistles. Peel and mash them while they're still warm.

Step 2

Take a bowl, add mashed bananas, green chillies, ginger, coriander, cumin powder, rock salt, and singhara atta.

Step 3

Grease your palms and shape the mixture into small, round patties.

Step 4

Take a non-stick pan and add a spoonful of ghee or oil. Shallow fry the tikkis on medium flame. Wait till both the sides turn golden brown and cripsy.
