  • 4 Piece Carrots (peeled and cut into fries)
  • 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch or Rice Flour
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line the baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2

Peel and cut the carrots into thin strips.

Step 3

Toss the carrot sticks in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cornstarch. Coat all the carrot strips evenly.

Step 4

Place them on the tray.

Bake the carrot sticks for 20-25 minutes and flip when they are golden and crisp at the edges.
