  • 1 Liter Full Cream Milk
  • 200 Gram Paneer (grated)
  • 4 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 5 Piece Cardamom Pods
  • 2 Tablespoon Chopped Nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
  • 1 Tablespoon Raisins
  • Saffron

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Take a heavy bottom pan and boil milk in it. Stir it occasionally to avoid burning.

Step 2

Once it reduces slightly, add the grated paneer and stir it gently.

Step 3

Let it simmer of about 5 minutes. Wait till the mixture thickens.

Step 4

Add in sugar, cardamom, and saffron. Stir it well.

Step 5

Cook for another couple of minutes and then add in the chopped nuts and raisins.
