- 0.5 Cup Gram Flour
- 2 Tablespoon Rice Flour
- 0.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 Pinch Red Chilli Powder
- 3 Tablespoon Fresh Coriander (chopped)
- Water
- Oil
- Salt

Take a large bowl and combine gram flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix all the ingredients well.
Add the corn kernels, chopped jalapenos, and fresh coriander. Mix it thoroughly.
Gradually add water, a little at a time, to form a thick batter. Ensure it is not too runny.
Take a deep pan and add oil. Heat it on medium heat. Test by dropping a small amount of batter; it should sizzle immediately.
