  • 200 Gram Button Mushrooms
  • 3 Tablespoon Butter
  • 6 Piece Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt
  • Parsley

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Prepare Mushrooms: Wash the mushrooms and clean them properly. You can slice them into half if you like smaller pieces.

Step 2

Heat Butter And Oil: Take a pan, and heat little butter and oil in it. Wait until the butter melts completely.

Step 3

Saute Garlic: Add the minced garlic into the pan and saute it. Wait till it gives out a pungent fragrance. Make sure to not over cook or burn the garlic.

Add Mushrooms: Add mushrooms into the pan and cook them well. Stir them properly so that they get coated with butter and garlic.
