New Delhi: A Zilla Parishad primary school in the Ganeshpur village of the Washim district in Maharashtra has only one student attending school for the past two years, reported news agency ANI. Additionally, there is only one teacher at the school, Kishore Mankar, who teaches him all subjects.
According to teacher Kishore Mankar, "There is only one student enrolled in the school for the last 2 years. I'm the only teacher in school."
Teacher Kishore Mankar said that the school is in the Ganeshpur village of the Washim district in Maharashtra, which is why there is only one student there. There are only 150 people living in this area, and this school only offers classes 1 through 4. Because there is only one child in the village who is this age, only one child goes to school.

"From 10:30 am to 12 pm, I follow all the rules and regulations including singing the national anthem," Mankar stated.
He stated that there are only 150 people living in the village. According to a report from India Today, the school can only teach Standard 1-4, and the boy is the only one in the village who is that age.

In addition, Mankar informed ANI that "I teach him all the subjects."
In addition to education, the school provides the student with a midday meal.
He continued, "All the facilities given by the government including mid-day meal are being provided to the student."
