Trump Will Be Re-Elected In Landslide Victory, If Indicted: Elon Musk
Donald Trump said he is expecting arrest on Tuesday after a New York prosecutor considered charges in a case involving hush money paid to a woman who claimed sexual encounters
Twitter chief Elon Musk has claimed that former United States President Donald Trump will win the 2024 presidential elections with a “landslide victory” if he is indicted by Manhattan prosecutors. Musk’s comments came while reacting to news reports that the Republican leader will soon be charged.
“If this happens, Trump will be re-elected in a landslide victory,” he said.
This comes after Trump himself posted on his Truth Social platform Saturday that "illegal leaks" from the Manhattan district attorney's office indicate that "The far and away leading Republican candidate and former president of the United States Of America, will be arrested on Tuesday of next week".

The former US President urged his supporters to protest.
Law enforcement officials in New York have been preparing for the potential of Trump being prosecuted.
In another tweet, Musk took a dig at the Biden administration over Trump’s arrest on hinges of banking system collapse in the country.

Trump’s post came after a New York prosecutor considered charges in a case involving hush money paid to a woman who claimed sexual encounters with the former president, said the Associated Press in a report on Saturday.
Any indictment of the former President, who is running for reelection in 2024, would be a historic first and would dramatically alter the political conversation surrounding an already divisive figure. While Trump has a long history of civil litigation, both before and after taking office, a criminal charge would be a dramatic escalation of his legal woes as he attempts to reclaim the presidency.
