Donald Trump Goes Golfing, Poses For Pictures After Losing To Joe Biden In The US Presidential Election
Shortly before his defeat by Joe Biden was called, with the nation deeply divided, Donald Trump began his Saturday by going golfing.
US President Donald Trump returned to the White House on Saturday after playing golf on the morning that news came through of his election defeat by Joe Biden. While Twitter saw Trumps's outburst, still claiming himself victorious, raising doubts on the counting of mail ballots without evidence.

But when the major US television networks -- first CNN then NBC, CBS, ABC and finally Fox -- declared that new results from Pennsylvania had pushed Biden over the top -- and into the White House, come January, the president left the White House Saturday morning and went for golfing.
He was also there when his office released a defiant statement saying Biden was "rushing to falsely pose as the winner."
But Trump seemed determined to project a sense of serene unflappability when he finished his round in the afternoon. (No score was announced.)
Seeing a wedding couple posing for photos outside the clubhouse, the president offered to join them, videos posted on social media show.
Wearing dark gray slacks, a gray jacket and a white "Make America Great Again" baseball hat, he engaged in what seemed to be lighthearted banter.
As he stepped away, several people shouted after him: "We love you! We love you!
Trump’s dedication to playing golf while in office has been a source of continuing controversy – particularly because he memorably and repeatedly lambasted his predecessor, Barack Obama, over how often he played the game.
Trump has defended his dedication, tweeting this summer: “My ‘exercise’ is playing, almost never during the week, a quick round of golf. Obama played more and much longer rounds, no problem.
Joe Biden scored a narrow victory for the presidency and defeated President Donald Trump after reaching 273 Electoral College votes by winning Pennsylvania.
