Rice water plays an important role in making the hair shiny and is used to treat rough hair and hair loss. It also revives the dull skin. It is important to be aware of the benefits of rice water before using it. 

During the rainy season, everyone seems to be disturbed by hair loss. Rice water is no less than magic. Experts believe that rice water is rich in carbohydrates. Because of this, it is very beneficial not only for our health but also for hair and skin.

It is rich in vitamins and minerals. It is also rich in antioxidants due to ferulic acid. It helps in nourishing skin cells and also makes hair healthy. That's why even today many celebrities and models use rice water as a beauty secret.

Right Way To Make Rice Water

Soak 1 cup of rice in 2 cups of water and keep it for a while to make rice water. Then take water in a container, add rice, and place it on the gas for cooking. When the rice is cooked, strain rice water into a pot. The strained white water is the rice water. It can be cooled and used.

Uses of Rice Water

If you are planning to use rice water for hair, let us tell you that it is used as a hair conditioner and hair serum. To use it, shampoo your hair thoroughly and then wash your head with rice water. Leave rice water on the hair for 10-15 minutes. Then wash hair thoroughly with clean water. You can use rice water 2-3 times a week. This maintains the natural glow of the hair.

Rice water is a good option if you are thinking of using it for your skin. It can be used like a face pack or a face toner.  For this, mix aloe vera gel with rice water and massage your face for at least 10 minutes. Then wash your face with normal water. You can do this 2-4 times a week. You will notice the difference in your face.
